What does the delivery cost?

We offer COURIER DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders. 

Flat Rate NZ Wide Courier (excl Rural) - 5-10Kg = $6.00

Flat Rate Rural Courier - 5-10kg = $10.00

Free delivery is available within the Methven township. Please contact me to arrange this.

Rural addresses please select this option at the checkout to ensure delivery charges are covered for this option.

All addresses are checked for rural status using New Zealand Post’s Address and Postcode Finder . If the correct shipping amount is not selected, your parcel will be held until the correct amount is paid in full.   You may wish to have your parcel sent to a friend in town or a workplace.

How long does it take to get my order?

You can expect to receive your goods within 2-3 working days of having placed your order and having payment received for the South Island. For the North Island please allow an additional 2 days. During levels 3 and 4 of any lockdowns please allow suitable timeframes for the situation at hand.   We work from Monday to Friday, As we are Rural our courier collects daily at 7am so after 7am on Friday orders will go out the following Monday. Public Holidays and severe weather that we sometimes get out in Rural Canterbury (snow etc) our courier will not collect.  If you are a rural delivery this may be longer depending on your area. 


Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment. Please contact us asap if you wish not to proceed with your order.

Where can my products be delivered?

Currently, products can be shipped to New Zealand residential and business addresses, sorry no PO Boxes. 

Do you ship Internationally?

For any enquiries regarding international deliveries outside New Zealand, please email with the items you would like to  with your shipping address, and we will respond with a personalised shipping estimate

Do I have to sign for the product(s)?

Only if requested by you, otherwise automatic option is non signature delivery

Would the product(s) fit through the mailbox?

Unfortunately, most of our products will not fit through a standard mailbox . If you like you can leave us a little note in the “order notes” section with a safe place to leave it and we can include this on your address label with your parcel. 

What do I do if my product(s) haven't arrived?

We send all your products via courier, however, they may occasionally be held up.   If it’s well overdue, please send us a note at or call our customer team on 022 416 3859.

What if my product(s) is lost in transit?

We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 7 working days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made or you have directed us to a safe place to leave it.   

What if my product(s) arrive and are damaged?

We guarantee the highest quality of all our products and strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will be entitled to a refund or return based on the complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by Lemon & Sunshine and the buyer is unsatisfied, we are not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. I make no medical claims, I simply identify the ingredients’ properties and suggest uses where applicable. Everyone reacts differently to the same ingredients so results may vary. Only high quality natural ingredients are used in our products and all recipes have been tested over a long period of time before being offered for sale.

If you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions, please be sure to test  products on a small area inside your wrist for 2-3 days prior to using. As skin reactions occur differently in one person to another Lemon & Sunshine cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions to our products and cannot be held responsible should any occur.
